About this Treatment

I’ve enjoyed my experience so far! Every time I’ve had an issue, someone from the support team has been very helpful in the process. The scale number isn’t changing much due to me going to the gym a lot on top of the medicine, but the clothes are showing the difference!

Second, I reached out to customer service cuz my Rx is due to be delivered while I’m out of town (my poor scheduling). The team responded within MINUTES with support. And genuine care. I’m super impressed!
Real company with live phone support!
I signed up for Yucca Health and had some questions the following day. I tried to log on to my account but it wouldn't work. I felt panicked that this might not be a real company. I sent an inquiry and Michelle called me in the evening to answer any and all questions I had about this service. Going back and forth we realized that I had set up my email address incorrectly! We had a good laugh and she stayed online to make sure I could log in. She was attentive and personal and was willing to troubleshoot for as long as it took. I'll get my medication soon and hope my good experience continues!

My experience with Yucca has been wonderful! They offer so many different options with great pricing! The delivery is fast and arrives as expected. The communication with the health provider was fast and easy to understand. The best part of the company is there support team, they are fast and reliable solving any issues or concerns. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & DELIVERY
I am giving 5 stars because communication via texting on their website has been great. While I did not receive the first shipment - after a few days I let them know and they said they were sending it out again expedited this time, and it did arrive within 2 days. Their system still needs some work as they send emails to rate them, and the links don't work and they send duplicate emails for every email. Other than that, they have been excellent. I have had a very difficult time with other companies - some have been horror shows, but TRYYUCCA really has been great.

I’ve yet to have a negative experience with Yucca Customer Service! Everyone is so informative and helpful! Vinalyn was extremely patient and helpful as I worked through some minor issues and got me squared away perfectly! If only all CS was this on top of things!
Yucca Health Treatment Absolutely outstanding
I had researched many providers of this type of service and settled on Yucca Health, I found their forms of finance assistance extremely helpful do to the exuberant cost of these types of medication, signing up was painless and quick, Dr. was pleasant and professionalism of all members at Yucca Health is IMO outstanding, I had to pause my treatment due to reasons beyond my control, however I will return to Yucca Health as circumstances improve with my situation, would I recommend Yucca Health for weight loss treatment?, Definitely!!! anytime....I personally will return when able!!
