Side effects where light nausea... my skin looked super dehydrated cuz you don't get hungry or thirsty so please be on top of your water... AND you need to keep yourself toned... or else you lose weight so fast your skin is loose and flimsy... but it got the job done and im so happy to be a healthier version of me.
