Overview

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of products purchased through Brand Merchants Network LLC ("Yucca Health," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth below.

Processing and Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed only after approval by a licensed healthcare provider.
  • Following approval, prescriptions are compounded by a licensed U.S. pharmacy.
  • Medications typically ship within 2–3 business days after provider approval and pharmacy compounding.
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. No shipments occur on weekends or U.S. federal holidays to ensure product integrity.

Shipping Method and Delivery

  • All orders are shipped via UPS 2-Day Air or an equivalent carrier service.
  • Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has shipped. Tracking details are typically active within 24 hours of shipment.
  • Most patients receive their medication just a few days after provider approval.

Cold-Chain and Storage

  • Medications are packaged with insulated materials to maintain safety and stability during transit.
  • Short-term exposure to room temperature during shipping is expected and validated by the pharmacy’s stability testing.
  • Upon delivery, medications must be refrigerated at 36–46°F (2–8°C). Do not freeze.
  • A sealed vial with a clear solution (a light pink tint from added B12 is normal) and no visible particles is considered safe to use.
  • Do not use the medication if you notice cloudiness, particles, discoloration, or a broken seal. Contact Yucca Health immediately for assistance.

Delivery Responsibility

  • Orders delivered to the shipping address on file are considered final once carrier tracking shows delivery confirmation.
  • If you do not receive your package despite delivery confirmation, you must notify Yucca Health within 24 hours. Supporting documentation, including a carrier claim, may be required.
  • If theft is suspected, a police report may be requested to evaluate eligibility for a replacement shipment.
  • Yucca Health is not responsible for packages after carrier confirmation of delivery.

Damages and Integrity of Products

  • Medications are compounded and packaged to maintain sterility and stability throughout shipping.
  • Variations in packaging or temperature exposure during shipping do not qualify as damages unless the dispensing pharmacy confirms that product integrity has been compromised.
  • If you receive a visibly damaged package, retain all packaging and contact the carrier to file a claim.

Geographic Availability

  • Yucca Health currently ships only within the United States.
  • International shipping is not available.

Returns

  • Prescription medications are compounded specifically for each patient and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
