Aaron started his journey in healthcare the hard way — as a pre-med student with a biochemistry degree, learning early that the gap between what science knows and what patients actually receive is wider than it should be. He's been working in the healthcare industry since 2011, accumulating over a decade of experience that spans clinical context, operations, and the business of building healthier systems from the ground up.

Today, he is the co-founder and CEO of Yücca Health, a modern healthcare company on a mission to make effective, evidence-based treatment genuinely accessible. His work touches everything from growth and performance marketing to finance, people, and operations — the kind of cross-functional role that demands both analytical rigor and a deep belief in the humans on both sides of care.
